Why was my Organizational Self-Query rejected?

An Organizational Self-Query can be rejected due to incomplete information or unmet submission requirements.

To check the rejection reason on the Organizational Self-Query order:

  1. On the Self-Query/View Your Report Sign In page select the I affirm I am an executive or owner of my organization checkbox on the right side.
  2. Select Self-Query under Select a service, and then Sign In.
  3. Sign in with your ID.me email address and password.
  4. Select the Order ID of the rejected Self-Query on the Your Self-Query Orders page.
  5. Review your order status details including the rejection reason on the View/Modify Your Order page.
  6. Select "Edit Your Order Form" to correct and resubmit your subject information.

You are not charged for a rejected Organizational Self-Query order.
