We updated the NPDB Public Use Data File (PUF) and the Data Analysis Tool (DAT) to include data from September 1, 1990, through December 31, 2025. You can now specify subsets of the PUF by Record Type and Profession Group, making it easier to narrow results to the data of interest. The full PUF file remains available in CSV, ASCII, and SPSS formats.
