I use an agent for querying and reporting to the NPDB. How does this affect my organization's attestation?
It is your organization's responsibility to attest, regardless of whether or not you use an agent. If you discover that the agent has not reported all the required reports to the NPDB, or queried as required by federal law, it is your organization's responsibility to make sure that those reports and queries are submitted before the attestation process can be completed.
