What is 60-day reactivation?
NPDB user accounts without activity for more than 60 days will be deactivated. If your user account has been inactive for more than 60 days, we will ask you to reactivate your account. The next time you try to sign in to the NPDB, we will send you an email containing a one-time code. You will use this code to successfully reactivate your account and sign in to the NPDB. The 60-day reactivation requirement is in response to NIST Special Publication 800-53 AC-2(3) Exit Image, which aims to enhance cybersecurity.
