How do I renew my subscription in my personal account?
Restore your subscription on the personal account home page.
If your subscription has expired:
- Select Sign In on the top right of the NPDB home page, then select Personal Account.
- On the Self-Query/View Your Report Sign In page, select Sign in.
- Sign in to your personal account with your ID.me email and password.
- Select Start Now in your personal account.
- Enter your payment information. Use the default billing address or enter a different one. Select, Continue.
- Select the options on the order review page to save your card to use for future orders and to automatically renew your subscription.
- Select Submit.
- Review the details on the Order Confirmation page, including the next subscription renewal date, then select Go to Your Subscription to access subscription services.
If your subscription has not expired but is expiring soon:
- Select Sign In on the top right of the NPDB home page, then select Personal Account.
- On the Self-Query/View Your Report Sign In page, select Sign in.
- Sign in to your personal account with your ID.me email and password.
- Select Renew your subscription in your personal account.
- Use your saved card or enter a different card on the Your Order page.
- Use the default billing address or enter a different one. Select Continue.
- Select the options on the order review page to save your card to use for future orders and to automatically renew your subscription.
- Select Submit.
- Review the details on the Order Confirmation page, including the next subscription renewal date, then select Go to Your Subscription to access subscription services.
