How do I manage my personal account subscription?
To manage your personal account subscription:
- Select Sign In on the top right of the NPDB home page, then select Personal Account.
- On the Self-Query/View Your Report Sign In page, select Sign in.
- Sign in to your personal account with your ID.me email and password.
- Select Your Account in your personal account.
- Select the Subscription tab.
Available actions:
- Purchase a subscription
- Renew your subscription if it has expired or is expiring soon
- Update your preferred payment method
- Update your automatic renewal preference
