Why do I continuously get locked out of my account?

If you are using credentialing/third-party software, your NPDB password must be the same password set in your credentialing software.

For example, if you recently changed your NPDB password, you must also update your password in your credentialing software. Otherwise, you will be locked out and will need to reset your password again.

Note: NPDB passwords expire every 60 days.
