How much does a Self-Query cost?
Digitally certified Self-Queries are $3.00 per order and an additional $13.00 per requested mailed paper copy. We accept credit or debit card payments at the time of submission, but do not charge the card until the Self-Query results are available online.
Note: All mailed paper copies of your Self-Query response are sent via U.S. Certified First-Class Mail and can only be sent to a U.S. address, including U.S. territories and military addresses.
