Can I request a reprint of my Self-Query at any time?
You can request a one-time reprint if your Self-Query order is complete and the response has not expired (i.e., it is still available online). Responses remain available online for 45 days. After that period, the response is considered expired and is no longer accessible.
- Sign in to Self-Query with ID.me.
- Click the Order ID to go to the "View/Modify Your Order" screen.
- Click Order Another Copy button
- Update your mailing address if needed before submitting the reprint request.
If the response has expired, you must submit a new Self-Query order.
