Is there any other way to verify my identity to submit a Self-Query?

No. To access the NPDB you must complete the identity authentication and verification services through ID.me. ID.me is certified against federal standards issued by NIST, the National Institute of Standards and Technology Exit Image, to provide secure login and identity verification.

ID.me does not verify individuals under 18. If you are under 18, you must call the Customer Service Center to request a Self-Query by phone.
