What is the difference between an individual and an organization Self-Query?
- An Individual Self-Query shows the results of a search for your own information in the NPDB. The certified Self-Query response is available with an annual subscription in your personal account.
- An Organizational Self-Query is for the representative of an organization to search for its information in the NPDB. Organizational Self-Query responses are purchased separately. They are not included in a personal account.
