- February 10, 2021 Federal Register Vol. 86. No. 26. HRSA announces plans to submit an Information Collection Request (ICR), described below, to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Information Collection Request Title: Survey of Eligible Users of the National Practitioner Data Bank, OMB No. 0915-0366-Reinstatement with Change. Comments on this ICR should be received no later than March 12, 2021.

Comments submitted during the first public review of this ICR will be provided to OMB. OMB will accept further comments from the public during the review and approval period.
