Why might the options to renew, cancel, update, or resume a query enrollment not be visible?
You can only renew, cancel, update, or resume query enrollments that are managed by your organization. If your organization uses an Authorized Agent to manage query enrollments on its behalf, only the Authorized Agent can renew, cancel, update, or resume the enrollments it manages.
