An account creation link has expired—how can a new one be requested?
When a Data Bank administrator creates a new user account, the user receives an email with a link to continue the account creation process. The link in the email expires in 5 calendar days.
If the link expires before the process is completed, the administrator must delete the user account and recreate it.
After the user account is created, the Data Bank administrator must verify the new user's identity, sign into NPDB, and approve the account to complete the account creation process.
