What do I enter on my Self-Query if I do not have a license or certification?

Select the profession for which you are applying and the state. Select the "No/Not sure" answer to the licensure question.

If you previously held a license or a certification, choose the profession and state, answer "Yes" to the licensure question, and enter the state issued license or certification number.
