What do I enter on my Self-Query if I do not have a license?

You still need to complete the licensing section of the Self-Query. Select the profession for which you are applying and the state. Select the "No/Not sure" answer to the licensure question.

If you had a license in the past, select the profession and state for the license, answer "Yes" to the licensure question, and enter the license number.
