How do I update my personal account information?

To update your information in your personal account:

  1. Select Sign In on the top right of the NPDB home page, then select Personal Account.
  2. On the Self-Query/View Your Report Sign In page, select Sign in.
  3. Sign in to your personal account with your ID.me email and password.
  4. Select Your Account in your personal account.
  5. A summary of your personal information is shown on the Personal Profile tab.
  6. Select Edit to update your personal information.
  7. Review and update the personal profile page. If the information shared from ID.me is incorrect, please update your ID.me account exit icon.
  8. Add up to two email addresses to receive notifications of any new activity on your account. You can also add a mobile phone number and choose to receive text message notifications.
  9. Review your entries to be sure they are correct and select Submit.
