How do I know if the NPDB has reports about me?
When you create a personal account and complete your profile, the NPDB will search for reports that match the information you provide and display the results for free. You can also view and respond to any matched reports at no cost.
With a $3.00 annual subscription, you can also:
- Get your current Self-Query response
- Download and save the certified response PDF at any time
- View a list of entities that received your report(s), if any, in a query response
