How do I update my automatic renewal preference?
Update your automatic renewal preference or update your preferred payment method at any time. You must have a valid preferred payment method saved in your personal account to automatically renew your subscription.
To update your automatic renewal preference:
- Select Sign In on the top right of the NPDB home page, then select Personal Account.
- On the Self-Query/View Your Report Sign In page, select Sign in.
- Sign in to your personal account with your ID.me email and password.
- Select Your Account in your personal account.
- Select the Subscription tab.
- Select Yes or No at the bottom of the page to choose if your subscription automatically renews.
A confirmation message will confirm your selection was saved.
