How do I access my account if I do not have my Data Bank ID (DBID), user ID, or password?
If you have not yet enabled multifactor-authentication, or MFA, go to the Account Help page for help with the following:
- Reset your password by completing the information on that page
- Recover your user ID by selecting the User ID tab and completing the information
- Recover your DBID by selecting the DBID tab and completing the information
Note: You must know your NPDB password to recover your DBID or user ID.
When you enable MFA for your user account, there's no need to enter a DBID or user ID to sign in. You simply sign in with MFA.
