How do I recover my Data Bank ID (DBID)?

To recover your DBID, go to the Account Help pages. Select the DBID tab and complete the information.

After you enable multi-factor authentication, or MFA, you will not use your DBID to sign in. You should still keep a record of your DBID because it may be needed by our Customer Service Center in some cases.
