How do I access my account if I do not have my Data Bank ID (DBID), User ID or Password?
You can get your sign-in information by selecting Need Help on the Sign In page. Once you are on the Account Help page, you can:
- Reset your password by completing the information on that page
- Recover your user ID by selecting the User ID tab and completing the information
- Recover your DBID by selecting the DBID tab and completing the information
Note: You must have your password to recover your DBID or user ID.
