How to Update Your Account Information for an Organizational Report

Use the following steps to update email address, phone number, and mailing address account information for an organizational report. You cannot change any information on the report itself. Updates to your account information do not affect the information on the report itself.

Note: Only the executive or owner of the organization can sign in to their report.

  1. Go to the Sign In page.
  2. Select the checkbox I affirm I am an executive or owner of my organization on the right side of the page
  3. Select View a report.
  4. Sign in with ID.me and complete identity verification.
  5. Select Your Account.
  6. Complete your updates, certify, and select Submit.
