Individual One-Time Query and Continuous Query are Merging into NPDB Query
On December 4, 2026, the NPDB will release NPDB Query, merging the Individual One-Time Query and Continuous Query services. Visit the NPDB Query Merger page for details to learn how you can best prepare for NPDB Query in December.
How do I submit a query on a new subject?
To submit a query on a new subject, complete the following steps:
- Sign in to the NPDB.
- Select Query.
- Hover over the 'Start a Query or Enrollment' link to select the type of query: +Continuous to enroll a single subject or +One-Time to query a single individual.
- Complete the form and submit it to the NPDB.
Note: You can Import an Excel File to submit a bulk Continuous Query enrollment or a bulk One-Time Query.
