How do I update my personal account information?
To update your information in your personal account:
- Select Sign In on the top right of the NPDB home page, then select Personal Account.
- On the Self-Query/View Your Report Sign In page, select Sign in.
- Sign in to your personal account with your ID.me email and password.
- Select Your Account in your personal account.
- A summary of your personal information is shown on the Personal Profile tab.
- Select Edit to update your personal information.
- Review and update the personal profile page. If the information shared from ID.me is incorrect, please update your ID.me account Exit Image
. - Add up to two email addresses to receive notifications of any new activity on your account. You can also add a mobile phone number and choose to receive text message notifications.
- Review your entries to be sure they are correct and select Submit.
